3… 2… 1… We're cleared for take-off! 🚀
Stratastic is a GO for launch, and we’re beyond excited to finally reveal what we’ve been working on behind the scenes! As you may already know, Stratastic’s mission is to provide more transparency, objectivity, and accessibility to Ontario’s condo industry.
You may think of Stratastic as a centralized condo platform (or a “one-stop-shop”) that serves as a valuable assistant and asset for all key condo players, such as: Property Management Companies + Property Managers, Board Members (Directors), Vendors + Contractors, Homeowners + Tenants, and more!
Even if we’re the new kids on the block, we’re ready to officially introduce ourselves and to start serving Ontario’s Condoland by creating a collective condo community.

Stratastic believes that we’re stronger together when interconnected; but, what’s in it for you?
Good question! Let’s explore the benefits of our partnership together. Stratastic’s multitude of diverse key features include:
an extensive Resource Library with over 7,000 sources (and growing!),
a Vendor Database with over 2,500 vendors/contractors in the Greater Toronto Area (also growing, and expanding to other areas!),
automated condo-specific reminders and access to easy-to-use tools (ex: automated tools for important dates, such as owner’s meetings, budgets, other periodic tasks, etc.), and
many more current features with extras to come!
We’ve made it quick and convenient for our members to use these features*, enabling users to save important resources and contacts to their private profiles, and to create opportunities to further personalize their Planner+ tools.
