Now: Fast forward exactly one year, and Stratastic Inc. has evolved into a powerful platform serving Ontario's condominium industry, bringing together key players, condo vendors, and residents in an ecosystem of empowerment and efficiency.

Then: At the start, we had the vision to create a comprehensive Resource Library, a centralized hub for all condo-related sources, providing knowledge at your fingertips.

Now: Today, our Resource Library stands tall at more than 11,000 resources and boasts an extensive collection of curated online resources that serve as a treasure trove of information, empowering you with the latest industry insights and best practices.

📰 Blog: News + Insights

Then: Our humble blog ("News + Insights") launched with a few posts, providing valuable information to every key player and popular category in the condominium industry.

Now: Now, with over 60 thought-provoking and insightful blog posts, our blog has become an accessible resource for directors, property management consultants and companies, condo vendors, and residents, helping them stay informed, inspired, and up-to-date with industry information and developments.

🛠️ "Stak'd", our Vendor Directory (+ Coming Soon: “Suite Life”)

Then: We started our condo/commercial Vendor Directory with the aim of connecting condominiums with reliable vendors, offering free basic plans.

Now: Today, we feature an impressive network of 2,500 vendors. We look forward to launching our upgraded plans (for vendors who’d like to opt-in), leading to enhanced services and a thriving vendor community that supports the condo industry like never before. We’re also working on creating a separate directory, the “Suite Life”, which focuses on resident needs for in-suite contractors as well as personal goods and services.
