A Step-By-Step Guide to Getting Started with Stratastic + Using Our Features

Are you a condo resident, contractor and/or personal service provider, or in property management and looking for an easier way to navigate Condoland? We’re here to help!


Welcome to Stratastic, Ontario’s centralized platform for all things condo! Our platform offers a range of features to make it easy for users to find useful information, connect with each other, and stay up-to-date with industry news and events. We've got a ton of features that we're really excited to share with you, so we’ve put together this Step-By-Step Guide to get you started and on your way to using our amazing and convenient features!


Of course, the first step is simply getting started! Using Stratastic is easy. Simply visit our website, and Register as a member. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be on your way to accessing a wide variety of convenient resources! And don’t worry, it’s totally free to sign up!


Our Resource Library, for example, has over 10.000 sources that are updated weekly. Whether you're looking for info on home ownership, tenancy, employment, or business-related topics, you'll find it all here. You can search for sources using keywords (ex: records, harassment, AGM, Rules) or use our Advanced Search function to refine your results until you find exactly what you’re looking for. As a member, you’ll have access to limitless resources, and the ability to bookmark interesting resources straight to your Personal Profile!


Another valuable feature is our open vendor directory, My Condo Vendor, where over 2,500 businesses are listed within the Greater Toronto Area (and beyond) service area. You can easily browse vendors for property management by name or search within a category for specific services (ex: HVAC, Window Washing, Engineers, etc.) until you find the perfect provider for your commercial needs. If you’re a vendor, we encourage you to Register or Verify your Business now (it’s free) and start connecting with other users such as property managers, directors, and residents! All registered users have the ability to Save Contacts from the Vendor Directory straight to their Personal Profile for quick convenience in the future.


Be sure to check out our Events page to stay up-to-date with industry events, including seminars, webinars, and networking opportunities. It's a great way to stay informed and connect with other professionals in the field! Registered users can also save Events to their profile as convenient reminders of what’s going on and coming up!


We also have a blog called News + Insights where we share industry-related news, updates, and informative pieces for both the commercial and residential/personal sides of condos. Our blog is updated regularly, so be sure to register to stay on top of new content!


But that's not all - we have more features that are exclusively available to our registered members! We'll be discussing these features in more detail in an upcoming blog post, so stay tuned.
