🐰 Build Condo Community + Plan Your Own Easter Activities 🐰

Our team put together a variety of fun and engaging activities that you can organize for your residents. From Easter egg hunts to arts and crafts, these ideas are designed to appeal to residents of all ages!

✂️ Easter Crafts: Set up a craft station in a common area of your condo complex, and provide all the materials your residents need to get creative. Here are some ideas:

  • Decorate Easter eggs: Provide plastic eggs (usually easily found at dollar stores or craft stores such as Michaels), stickers, markers, and other decorating supplies.

  • Make Easter cards: Provide cardstock, markers, stickers, and other craft supplies.

  • Create Easter baskets: Provide baskets, ribbon, and materials for residents to make their own Easter baskets. You can also ask residents to bring their own baskets.

🐣 Easter Egg Hunt: Choose a location, hide the eggs, and provide baskets for the participants to collect them. Don't forget to designate certain areas for different age groups and make sure to provide enough eggs for everyone!

Here are some tips and tricks to help you organize a successful one for your residents:

  • Choose the right location: Look for a space that is large enough to accommodate all of your residents and has plenty of hiding spots for the eggs.

  • Hide the eggs effectively: Be sure to hide the eggs in locations that are appropriate for the age groups that will be participating.

  • Provide baskets: You can offer residents the option to bring their own baskets, or provide some for those who don't have one.

Don’t forget, Easter Egg Hunts don’t have to be just for kids! If you have more adults in your condo, or are looking to make it fun for all age groups, you can create an adult-friendly event, too! Encourage residents to form teams and compete against each other to find the most eggs, or use a scavenger hunt element where residents have to solve clues to find the eggs. Winners get small prizes such as gift cards for coffee shops, chocolate and/or candy, or whatever else you’d like to offer!

🥞 Host a Festive Easter Brunch

And of course, no Easter celebration would be complete without a delicious brunch. Here are some ideas:

  • Keep it simple by offering coffee/tea and pastries!

  • Take it up a notch by grilling some pancakes and providing toppings for residents to add!

  • Look to your local grocery shop for catering menus, many of them have delicious sandwiches, salads, and more to inexpensively feed a crowd!

With a little planning and creativity, you can create a memorable Easter celebration that everyone will enjoy. Remember, holidays are a great opportunity to build community and bring residents together, so consider what you can do to strengthen your condo’s relationships!

We hope that these ideas have inspired you to bring some Easter fun to your condo corporation!
