Simplicity.
To some people, simplicity is the ultimate goal... and yet, it can be so complicated to keep things simple. A great example of complexity is Ontario's ever-booming, dynamic, and constantly evolving condominium industry.
Despite the best interests of many (many!) governing bodies, numerous resources, and informational packets created by countless companies, there’s still so much confusion as to what’s going on that even the most experienced players sometimes need to gather their bearings before they can say they’re confident in their knowledge.
Ultimately, it’s only sensical that with immense growth in a skyrocketing industry (pun intended) come new regulations and regulatory bodies, new information, and new standards. It’s the condo evolution. Those who know a bit about Charles Darwin and his theories on “survival of the fittest” may recall that it’s not about who is actually “fit”, but who/what became fittest by adapting to the challenges that time has created - it is the ability to adapt and overcome that keeps the survival game going... that’s where Stratastic comes in.
Stratastic's goal is to create connection within the condo community and all of its key players: we’re all in the condo community, so let’ work together to simplify condo!
We’re here to navigate through the condo challenges with you so we may all continue to evolve together. We poke and prod across the industry while collaborating with leading experts to bring Directors, Property Managers, Condo Management Companies, Condominium Boards, Residents, and Condo Vendors relevant information in its simplest form.
Over the next little while, we'll be telling you more and more about who we are, what we plan to do and how we plan to do it, and how all of this will help you understand Condoland better.
