Two More Condo Act Forms to Be Delegated to the CAO

Article Summary:

The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services has announced that two more forms under the Condominium Act will be delegated to the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) from September 1, 2020. These forms are the Notice of Future Funding of the Reserve Fund and the Summary of Lease or Renewal. The decision to delegate condominium forms to the CAO is expected to increase access and usability for condominium owners and residents while transferring administrative costs from the Government to the CAO. The CAO is funded by Ontario’s condominium community. Previously delegated forms are already available on the CAO’s website.
