Short-Term Leasing Enforcement Across Canada

Municipalities in Canada have varying approaches to short-term leasing, with some having few or no restrictions, while others impose fees and fines. Vancouver only allows licensed hotels and bed-and-breakfasts to rent for less than 30 days, while Montreal landlords can evict tenants who charge a fee for short-term rental.
