Proposed Condominium Management Regulation now Available for Public Comment

The proposed regulation incorporates input from a public engagement process conducted from 2012-2014 as part of the Condominium Act Review, as well as additional feedback received since then. The Ministry aims to have the proposed regulation come into effect on July 1, 2017. Feedback on the proposed regulation can be provided until February 6th, 2017, through Ontario's Regulatory Registry.
