Ontario re-opens…again

Boards may impose stricter capacity limits to ensure physical distancing from those outside one's household. Condominium corporations that require proof of vaccination to use indoor amenities may continue to do so after March 1. Mask policies and elevator capacity limits will continue to be enforced. Boards should evaluate and balance unique risk factors and residents' desires to maintain restrictions that are stricter than provincial regulations.
