Article Summary:

On November 1, 2017, 15 new forms under the Condo Act came into effect, and the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services received feedback from the public and condo sector on ways to improve them. The ministry has made revisions to these forms based on the feedback received, and they are now available on the Government of Ontario website for Condo Act forms.
