New Changes to the Condo Act Forms

On November 1, 2017, 15 new forms under the Condo Act came into effect, and the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services received feedback from the public and condo sector on ways to improve them. The ministry has made revisions to these forms based on the feedback received, and they are now available on the Government of Ontario website for Condo Act forms. Additionally, changes were made to Meeting forms and Status Certificate forms to address Electric Vehicle Charging Systems (EVCS) regulations in the Condo Act. The ministry has also updated its plain language guide to include information about these EVCS changes.
