Legislative Newsflash: Update on the 2022 Auditor General's Report

The Legislative Committee of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) Toronto made submissions to the Auditor General in March 2021 regarding the 2020 Auditor General report on the condominium sector in Ontario. In November 2022, the Auditor General released an update to her 2020 report, and although the CCI-Toronto does not agree with all of the recommendations, they will be reviewing the update and making submissions to relevant parties. The submissions will be posted on the CCI-Toronto website for members to stay informed.
