On November 16, 2022, the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) published its new Continuing Professional Education (CPE) framework. The framework outlines the requirements that General Licensees must fulfill to renew their licenses annually. Starting from the licensing cycle for 2023-2024, which commences on July 1, 2023, General Licensees will need to accumulate a minimum of ten CPE credits each year from eligible educational and professional development activities.
