To stay focused, it is important to identify distractions such as clutter, family and friends, hobbies, sleep, house chores, social media, and events. It is also important to make sure that your goals are relevant to what you are trying to do, and that they are achievable. It is important to record goals, create a picture of success, keep them in sight, identify and remove distractions, avoid procrastination, and have an accountability partner.

Some people like to complete the hardest steps or the hardest goals first, while others like to start early. It is all up to you, but getting a strategy is important.
