Others have a pesky way of staying hidden, sometimes for many years, then rearing their ugly heads at the worst possible times.   But tackling these deficiencies doesn’t need to be scary! Our experienced panel will discuss all angles of hidden deficiencies, including:

• When and how to investigate;
• Tarion claims, including under the 7-year Major Structural Defect warranty;
• Repair protocols; and
• Legal remedies

In addition to the panel presentation, this important event will feature a networking hour, buffet lunch and a question period for our panelists.
