About the course
When it comes to condominium corporation insurance there is no choice whether to have protection or not. This course looks at the fundamentals of condominium property insurance and the difference between what the corporation must insure and what insurance responsibilities rest on the unit owners. It will also touch upon the differences between regular repair and maintenance, and insurable losses.
