It seems even more difficult today to get people to run for condo boards and sometimes even more difficult to get the right people who will take full responsibility and act in a manner conducive to good governance. Tonight, we’ll discuss the importance of finding and getting people with the right attitude to run for boards.

We’ll discuss how we can develop people’s skills or get the appropriate help from other sources. We’ll look at the appropriate relationships between boards and their property managers whether self-managed or using a property management company. We’ll also discuss succession planning for boards; an even more difficult challenge for most boards.
