About the event

CCI GRC IS PROUD TO PRESENT AGING IN PLACE AND HUMAN RIGHTS

Lunch & Learn

In this session:

Condominium living is a popular choice for people who have entered the ‘empty nest’ and retirement stages of their lives, and are looking to downsize and reduce their property care requirements. As a result, many people intend to live in their condominium units well into their elderly years. What are the considerations for Board members and Condo Managers to keep in mind in these cases? What duties does a condominium corporation have? What are the potential human rights implications? The speakers at this event will go through these questions and more, and will provide Board members, Condo Managers, Owners, and industry professionals with the information they need to navigate these situations.
