MRCM holds the distinction as the First Condominium Service Provider in Ontario to be approved by CMRAO to deliver CPE credits for General Licensed Managers as well as producing the first-ever content for the entire program in July 2023.  This session is hosted by Shawn Machado, RCM with special guest David Heska, P.Eng, Director of Building Services for WSP in Canada   

The session will cover challenges facing Condominiums as they age and the financial implications to owners this session is a must-attend event for Directors and Managers alike.  The session has well over 600 attendees registered already, our education sessions are free to attend and open to anyone interested in learning more about condominiums and how they operate.
