Fraud in condos can have devastating effects on communities, ranging from financial losses to erosion of trust among board members and residents. This session delves into the complexities of why fraud occurs, the environments that foster fraudulent behavior, pathways to recovery post-fraud, and most importantly, proactive measures for fraud prevention.   

Member Registration Fee: $75

Non-Member Registration Fee: $115
