About the course 

In this course, the participants will learn about Meetings of Owners: Annual General Meetings, Requisition Meetings, and Special Meetings. The course will also look at what you need to know about Directors' Meetings (aka Board Meetings).

 Are you ready to learn about condominium meeting fundamentals? 

This module will look at the steps required to call and hold a meeting of owners and suggest some best practices to make those meetings interesting, informative, and effective. It will also describe what makes a quorum and how to handle all types of voting including proxies. This module is essential in ensuring that owner's voices are heard and that you are able to communicate effectively.

One CPE credit per module Your attendance will be monitored for each session, and you need to attend 80% of the course to receive a certificate. Each module will be recorded and accessible to participants in the virtual classroom, along with course materials.
